There are two cookbooks that I will use for fail-safe cooking:
   Marcella Hazan's Classic Italian Cookbook
   Marcella Hazan's More Classic Italian Cokkbook.
We have never had anything turn out badly from these two books
and some of our favorite recipes are in them.  Of course,
I have a pretty foolproof instinct when reading recipes so that helps.
