In the NYC metro area, PHC is carried on WNYC FM, 93.9 MHz, at 6:00 on 
Saturdays.  They also rebroadcast the show on Sundays at noon on WNYC AM,
830 Kz.

Neither station is the strongest in the world, but a twinlead antenna with
the broadside facing NYC should be sufficient for FM, unless you live a 
long ways toward the south or west from Murray Hill.  In that case, try 
WHYY, Philadelphia, 90.5 MHz, also at 6:00 on Saturdays.
