Has anyone installed Berkley Smalltalk on a Sun 2/50 with release 2.0 ?

We've tried and got stuck.
First in sunprim.c #define DisplayDevice "/dev/bwone0", /dev/bwone0 does
not exist . We fixed that and got as far as reading the image and
translating but only the cursor appeared on the screen.

Any clues, helpful hints or patches appreciated .
