Effective immediately, utcs is not receiving and therefore not forwarding
the following newsgroups: net.philosophy, net.politics, net.religion,
net.bizarre and net.flame.  According to the latest news statistics
in mod.newslists, these five groups and their subgroups form 25.0% of all
news traffic.

If sites downstream from utcs must have these newsgroups, then they will
have to find another feed for them.  We apologise for the short notice,
but given the high noise/signal ratio in these groups, no useful information
should be lost.
