People playing the system's games -- notably phantasia -- are hereby
reminded (loudly) that you are not supposed to play unless the system
is fairly quiet.  Even after "office hours" there may still be a dozen
people trying to do "real work", and you are forbidden to interfere with
this.  Note in particular that things are often pretty busy between 5 PM
and 6 PM these days, so phantasia playing during that time is a bad idea.
