Several people have noticed a minor problem with printing italics on the
ordinary (non-typesetting) laser printer:  punctuation is not in italics
even when it's in the middle of italic text.  This was an accidental
leftover from using underlining to do "fake italics"; punctuation definitely
should not be underlined.  Problem fixed.  Underlining behaves as before,
but when using true italics, the punctuation is italic too.
