I print a lot of completely full pages, so I notice immediately. The cause is a prior paper jam; my guess is that the software that repeats the page after a jam has a blunder in it. It seems to fix matters if, following the paper jam, you open the cover and close it without messing with the jammed page unless it otherwise won't come out, then clear the engine ('c' command from the keyboard). I'm not sure the problem has been reported to Imagen. It's hard to make perform, because it has to be a real paper jam, not the sort where you just bend a corner of the paper coming in. _Dick Hamlet
