We are planning to discard our DEC-10, and as a result of this many of our users want to port their SPSS-X system files to our new VAXen. Is there anybody out there that have managed to do this? I can't seem to find any documentation on the SPSS-X system file format anywhere, and the SPSS-X contact personel here in Europe are totally ignorant about this. I am aware that the _data_ in the system file may be ported by writing it to an text-file, but in that case we loose all the other information stored in the system file. Any hints, pointers or other relevant information would be greatly appreciated. --------------------------------------------------------------- blarsen@oslo-vax.ARPA Bj|rn Larsen blarsen@norunit.BITNET System Manager Bjorn_Larsen_UiO@qzcom.MAILNET Computing Centre University of Oslo, Norway (Computers never make misteaks ;-) ---------------------------------------------------------------
