Since people had been complaining about how VMS ignores ANSI tape labels on this and other lists recently I played around a little and was unable to discover any way to mount that tape without using VOLPRO (or better) or playing with the physical tape drive. Now since physical access to the tape, drive, or processor/console voids all warentees of security anyhow I would like to know exactly what people were talking about. \\ Stephen Tihor / CIMS / NYU / 251 Mercer Street / New York, NY 10012 // (( ARPAnet: Tihor@NYU-CMCL1.ARPA BITnet: TIHOR@NYUACF NYUnet: TIHOR.CMCL1 )) // UUCP address: cmcl2!cmcl1!tihor CSnet: via ARPAnet "CCnet": ACF1::TIHOR \\ -------
