We were unable to do the Make under 4.2BSD for lack of a utility called "sccs", but we found that the load image provided just came up and ran. (!) We wrote more pleasing key definitions; and your vt100/200 has to have "auto-wrap" turned on by hand. She emulates very well on all the things I've tried.
