Discrete components (transistors, FET's, etc.) would be a great start. Is there such a thing as a spice user's group that collects such things or must every spice user face the choice of reinventing the wheel or buying expensive commercial libraries? I've used spice just a little and, as you can see, am somewhat naive about such things. Any help will be appreciated.
