Websters defines intelligence as : 1. intellect, understanding; 2. quickness of understanding, sagacity, (of person or animal); So I guess if you put the two together you can come up with a reasonable understanding of intelligence; and then artificial intelligence (Being intelligence artificially created, not naturally). In conclusion, AI would be achieved if a non-natural organism or entity displayed the ability to learn and understand as its environment changed. The more intelligent, the greater the odds of survival. I hope I have touched on the basis of AI, and have served some aid in its understanding. If anyone has any views for or against anything I have said, please don't turn to flames; think, and then correct my errs or pat me on the back :-) . ______ "Come to the dark side, Luke. ___{ \____ I am your father...". ---- VROOM--- [_o__________o_\ "Like, i'll be catch'n you on another label, eh !.".
