The extra letter matters.  LSTTL is definitely a good idea wherever and
whenever it's fast enough.  I was referring to the stuff without the L.
(Is there any TTL which one would design into something new that *doesn't*
have Shottky diodes in it somewhere?!?  Maybe it's time we dropped the S...)
