I would like to get the principal orbital elements for Halley's comet for 
inclusion in a planetary position program I have on my PC.  If others are 
interested please notify me by mail.  Please email the elements to me. I will 
post the elements to the net if there is sufficient interest. Epoch 1980 is
preferred.
