I occasionally see references to European Motor Oil Grading Standards
which correspond to SAE's SA-SF rating scale.  The European standard
is called "CCMC" and allegedly is more stringent than SAE's SF.

Does anyone have any real information on how the CCMC scale differs
from the SAE's?
