I have had great results with two sets of RIKEN 195/70 HR 13
tires on our '79.  The original Bridgestones only lasted 33K
miles.  The first set of RIKENs lasted 44K, and we have 40K on
the second set.  The 195s fit on the standard Aluminum wheels and
fit under the wheel well with a set of chains.  Not to mention
the enhanced handling of the wider tire.  < NO! We do not want to
discuss that topic!>
