I hope this doesn't sound like I'm ragging on you (I don't mean to, this time), but I couldn't find your name anywhere in the heading or in the article (not that it really matters). It just that I think if someone is going to critcize something I think that they should back it up. (And by using just your "handle" and no other ID, it appeared that you weren't. Well, enough of this. This is net.comics, not net.dump_on_each_other. As for this buisness about Jean Grey, I really think the people on this network are making too big of a deal about it. Let's face it, if it was someone like Nova coming back, no one would care (except that they killed him off for a reason, he sucked). But the people who are really complaining are the ones that say they loved her and her character. If that's true, then they should be happy that she's back. Personally, I'd give anything if something could bring back my mother in better health than she was before she got sick and died. And I'm sure some of you feel the same way about some loved one too. Besides, like some previous articles said, who knows if this is the real Jean. Don't forget the legend of the Phoenix! And who knows, she may die again (by popular demand). Finally, I have a suggestion for all of you out there who want to tell the companies how you feel about their poor quality comics, but still want a chance to read them. Find a friend or someone you know that has bought the comic that you think is bad (ie: X-Factor) and read it to confirm your opinion. If you are truly disgusted with it, then you haven't given the company a cent. But to make up for the money you feel your friend has wasted, write some hate mail to them expressing your feelings. You really don't have to have a friend buy it (just read it at your local store), or even read it at all. Just let Marvel or DC or whoever, know that you don't like what they're doing!!!!! I think wasting 22 cents on a stamp is a hell of a lot better than 75*n cents on poor comics. Gregory L. Wing P.S. If a useless article got posted by me (about 2 articles ago), sorry about that. I kind of screwed up. I'm new to this net -- +-----------------------------------------------------------------------------+ | Gregory L.
