Ginger beer is a necessary ingredient in my favorite summer drink. (Bars around here make it with 7-Up - YUCK!). Ginger ale just won't do, as it is the ginger beer that gives it its kick. Save this recipe for next August, and drink it while lounging on your porch swing. MOSCOW MULE (from a Smirnoff brochure, I believe) 1 shot vodka juice of 1/2 lime Ginger Beer Pour vodka over ice in a tall glass; add lime juice and fill with ginger beer. Stir, sip, and enjoy.
