I had this in the Spaghetti Factory in Hollywood and I loved it.  The
cheese is mzithra (I may have spelled it wrong), and is a dry Greek
cheese.  I saw it sold in a wine and cheese store in Napa Valley when
I was there last year, and I have tried without success to find it
in the Boston area.
