There is no problem getting a bike and bringing it into the States, you can even get DOT acceptance, the BIG problem is getting EPA certification. That is why the two strokes can only be sold as race bikes. If you decide to get one I would suggest John Swart at Brantford Cycle Sales (519-743-3404). I bought a GSXR750 from him last year. If you take the bike thru Customs there are certain items that have to be removed to qualify it for a race bike (it will also need number plates on it). If you want the bike shipped to you these guys will set the bike up for Customs and arrange a broker for you.
