	Mikhail Tal was born on 9th November 1936, in Riga.
	He won the World Championship in 1960, when he
	was 23.

	Gary Kasparov was born on April 13th 1963, in Baku.
	He thus defeats Tal's record by a year.
	(He also won the USSR championship at a younger age
	than Tal.)
