Just which animals *do* have soles? Just primates? Snakes surely don't. Apes and monkeys do... do orcs? What about Class IV demons? Does a palladin have to look at the bottoms of his intended victim's feet before slaying them? I've looked all through the relevant literature (e.g. TSR's AD&D manuals), but failed to find a mention of this. Is there somebody out there (a zoologist, perhaps) who can help us out with this burning question? Now you've got me curious!
