I realize that this posting is late.  It has been a busy week.  I do still
plan on posting one on Monday before Thanksgiving vacation.  This move doesn't
cause too much complication and no deals have been finalized yet.

Synapsis of Turn #15:

Tom rolled [6][4] and landed on Atlantic Avenue.  He paid Bill the $22 rent.
Wayne rolled [3][1] and landed on his own Park Place.
Bill rolled [5][2] and landed on North Carolina Avenue.  He owns it.
Evan rolled [4][2] and landed on Connecticut Avenue.  He paid the $8 rent to
	Tom.

Turn #16
