First, thanks to all who responded to my Battlezone query!  The
replies were really helpful.  From mail I've received and articles
posted, it looks like the current price is around $200,
and that it's as reliable as any other arcade game (which sort of
surprises me, I guess...).

Second, I think there's some confusion about the "extra tanks".
It's true that the only real "extra tanks" you can get in the
game (i.e. "bonus lives", as another arcade vector game puts it) are
at 15-25K and 100K.  However, you also get little tanks by your NAME
on the high score board.  You may obtain an arbitrary number of
THESE, I believe at 100K 200K 300K 500K or some such progression...
