The Graphics Development Toolkit is a device independent, metacode styled virtual device emulation package which may be very handy if you develop applications that don't know a priori what sort of device it will run on. It includes drivers for most IBM video output devices, and some IBM printers and plotters. The only language bindings I know of for it are: MASM, the BASIC compiler, the PASCAL compiler, Professional FORTRAN, and FORTRAN v2.00. I note no PGA drivers, though these will undoubtedly be forthcoming, nor is there a C binding. I have an 80287 in my AT. It cost $300+, but is available. Good Luck, Ken Lonquest kel@ea
