I have a TS820S which has bad intermod. problems in the rcvr on 160 from
local broadcast stations.  I'm planning to build a Bill Orr BC band filter
but my real problem is that I need a separate antenna jack for a receive
antenna with the filter.   It looks like the transverter jack should work
but I haven't been able to get the proper combo. of connectors and pin
shorts to get both the transmitter and receiver to work in that mode.

Anyone out there worked this problem successfully?  Other thoughts on
how to get the TS820 receiver to work better on 160?
