My main reason is that I would like to be able to communicate with a friend that lives in Chicago (I live about 150 miles south of there) without paying ma-bells (MCI...) expensive phone bills. Since I know absolutely nothing about this area I am trying to gain some information. What I specifically want is info on what magazines are good to get, and also if my idea is in any way practical. Please send this info by email, as I am sure that this sort of thing will be very boring to most of you. I will post a summary if there is interest. Thank you for any help.
