Apologies to those people who received numerous copies of Dave Mills'
message.  All I can say is "sendmail sux".  For some reason our mailer
hung when trying to deliver the message to one of the recipients.
Thus, the mailer was still in the middle of delivering the message
when our system went down 2 days later.  Since the system bounced
several times, the mailer had to start from the beginning of the list
each time, and those people near the front got multiple copies.
