	So. What's happening here? Nothing you say! Well,
	how about some discussions on, what else, INVESTMENTS?

	To start out, how's the Real Estate world doing as
	an investment, such as condo's, multi-family units
	etc. I'm thinking of investing in income buildings
	but as of yet have not taken the plunge. Any pro's
	or con's on this type of investment?

	Should I start small ( 2 flat) or try to go bigger
	( >8 flat ) ? How about financing the above? Anyone
	with some creative financing advice? Is this even
	the right group newsgroup to be discussing this?

	Let's get something going if it is.....
