Well, now that I have your attention...

I have a friend who is looking for work, preferably on  the  West
Coast.   He  has  Master's  degrees in Electrical Engineering and
Computer Science.  His areas of expertise are teaching  (electro-
magnetic  theory  and "numerical computation of electric and mag-
netic fields") and 17 years on "the analytical side  of  magnetic
recording research".

So the question is; can anyone offer suggestions regarding poten-
tial employers, either in industry or academia?
