It's from "Twice Upon a Time", a really nifty animated film from (I think) George Lucas, starring Ralph the All-Purpose Animal and Mum, his Freaky Friend (sort of all the Marx brothers rolled into one). Anyway, the character who said it was Greensleeves, about the Figmen -- "Happy as rats they are -- They tap dance not, neither do they fart." Actually, that quote's a reference to a more literary beastie that does tap dance, and fart, as a method of communication. Anybody know the book, the author, and the alien species?
