Not to pick nits, but... the work is "hookah"  not "hookpah" (typo maybe?)
A hookah is a water pipe that can be used to smoke all kinds of illegal
drugs (not that I have any personal experience, you understand :-)  ).
In the "real" Alice in Wonderland, the caterpillar was smoking a gigantic
hookah (at least that's what the illustration in my "Alice in Wonderland"
book showed).
