Yes!  They could tell jokes like this:

"Do you know how many pieces of Irish outdoor furnature it takes to
 screw in a light bulb?"  asked the dead baby.

"I'm a frayed knot!  My modem broke and I'm all out of chips and
 batteries," replied Rock Hudson.
