She told me that in general, mega-doses of B complex vitamins are dangerous, and just discontinuing them doesn't help, because they accumulate in your fat cells. The notion that you can always take vitamins and that they are totally safe is a dangerous notion, especially when pregnant. Karen is not an MD (she's an Advanced EMT) but in general, consult your doctor before you try B6. Mark
