B6 is good stuff for nausea, but don't take TOO much for TOO long. It can lead to the baby's not utilizing B6 properly and a number of secondary effects. I don't have references handy but if you ask I'll dig up some real numbers on what "too much" might be. On the other hand it's probably better to ask your local nutritionist.
