Here are the results of the Third Annual APL Users Survey.
The questions asked were:

	(A)  Which APL interpreter do you use?
	(B)  On what hardware?
	(C)  What operating system (if known)?

The responses are summarized below, in the order of receipt, grouped
in sets of five lines.  The first line gives a path from my machine
by which I might reach the respondent.  The next three lines are the
answers (edited) to the above three questions, and the fifth line is
blank.  In some instnces the respondent answered for more than one person,
or for themselves more than once (if they use more than one system).
If part of the answer was omitted, that is indicate with a ``-''.
