I just looked at netinfo:domain.txt (on SRI-NIC) and saw the following:

For the domains ARPA, GOV, EDU, COM, MIL and ORG the following are
registered as domain name servers: SRI-NIC, USC-ISIC, USC-ISIB, BRL-AOS.
For .US, it is only SRI-NIC and USC-ISIF, for .UK it is UCL-NS2 and
UCL-NS1 and for .NET it is SRI-NIC and USC-ISIB.  That's it?  Or am
I missing something about the intention of this file.
