In particular, _Alice in Puzzleland_ and _What is the Name of This Book: The Riddle of Dracula and other Puzzles_. Although Professor Smullyan doesn't give a recipe per se, his Socratic style will lead the diligent reader toward a deep understanding of the use of puzzles as a teaching device. --Barry Kort
