Here's a vote for STella.  I enjoy her articles.  She doesn't bitch
any more than I do.  (No remarks, now :-)

I don't mind smoking articles, but you are probably preaching to the
converted.  I suspect that anyone who reads net.med either cares enough
about their health not to smoke, or finds it impossible to quit in spite
of knowing the dangers.
