Lines: 12 I remember reading something about a year ago that said that drinking hot tea increased your risk of cancer ( of the esophagus, I believe). The article also said that adding milk or cream to the tea eliminated (reduced?) this problem by binding to the tannin in the tea. Perhaps someone else knows more about this.
