She said that her fingers feel really stiff (difficult/impossible to straighten) in the morning but feels OK after a while. As far as she knows, she haven't jammed or otherwise harm her fingers before. (Does anybody know people with the same problem?) Is this curable? Is there something she should do (like wearing mittens to bed) to alleviate the symptom? Should she avoid work like typing or knitting? Please reply thru e-mail.
