I am trying to build a library of all the public domain operating systems
available for the z80/6809/68000/68010/680??/ins8080a/6502 processors.

Yes, this includes rom monitors. If you have information about any such
software, or have some yourself, please send me mail at one of the below
addresses. If I get enough response, I'll post a listing of available
systems to the net for retreival by the public.
