There seems to be a demand for an OS-9 group.  I myself am impeded from
reading n.m.68k because of the traffic.  Since it seems to be a micro OS,
let's follow the precedent of n.m.cpm and have it created as net.micro.os-9.

Someone who is generating the traffic and wants the change should initiate
voting at this point.  I am directing follow-ups to this articcle to
net.news.group.
