As far as I know, there is no way for those of us on ARPAnet to get to
net.sources. (If there is a way, I would really appreciate hearing about 
it.) To the best of my knowledge, our only access to Usenet is to 
specific mailing lists through gateways such as the one at Rutgers.
Please don't start up a mailing list that we can't use.
