Applause Applause Applause In only one day, Okidata returned my call and told me to sent my 'plug in' board out to them; and they will make the update. Customer response of this type should not go unreported; I was very happy (if not ecstatic!) to hear from them this afternoon. If you have an Okimate 20; call the 1-800-oki-data number and describe your problem. On this same note, I printed out another COLOR screen dump last night, trying to imagine what it would look like without the white lines. With the new ROMs, the Okimate will produces excellent output (especially for the price). Chuck Kosta University of Lowell - Center for Productivity Enhancement
