I'm looking for a Native Code Generator that will compile p-code
(or m-code, I'm not picky) into 6502 assembly language.

Ideally this program would run on an Apple ][ under the UCSD P-system
or ProDOS, but I would be interested in a system that would run on any
sort of machine.  Cost is a consideration, I'd like to get this for <$100.
