I'm using AE pro 4.20, a Hayes Micromodem //e, and an apple ][+ with 64k. When I try to use screen-based software on Unix, like vi (I realize this is silly at 300 baud. Just take for granted I'm a clod), the apple completely tweaks out, and leaves garbage on the screen, which vaguely resembles the desired program. Can anyone offer advice on how to fix this?
