Fine i thought rather than rewrite (change) all that code ill use #define to redefine the names. Wrong ! the bloody compiler truncates everything to 7 chars so all my defines were just redefining the same string ratz!!!! My question, does anyone have a way to convert long names to short other than by hand ???? -- god bless Lily St. Cyr -Rocky Horror Picture Show Name: James Turner Mail: Imagen Corp. 2650 San Tomas Expressway, P.O.
