the past 3 weeks, two persons from nswc have tried to become members
of info-atari.  requests have been made to info-atari-request@su-score
and messages have been sent to tang@mit-mc to be added to the list.
so far, no luck.  the ids to be added to the list are:
     ecooper@nswc-g
and  trichar@nswc-g
