How are you going to send out the digests?  By US Mail, eMail, uucp or what?

I still do not understand what is the correct address for this.  Is it:

Why don't you start with some of the questions that have been asked in just the
last week on net.micro.atari?  I do not see why we need to start sending
questions to two groups, when one should do.  Partly, this is probably due to
my not understanding how your example works.  Could you make it a little more
clear for us neophytes?
